2. Features
1). Semi-automatic press folder gluer machine is developed to give companies the flexibility to produce short runs of any shape boxes, quickly and easily.
2). The machine is set-up and ready to start making boxes in seconds.
3). The machine just need small place, easy to operate, only minimal training required, no need for skilled labour. Change from one design box to next in seconds, ideal for small batch production and variety of replacement.
4). Save glue, just need 1/3 glue than manual gluing.
5). Save labor, the maximum speed of machine is 56 m/min, the efficiency is 3-4 times than manually operated.
6). Carton box bonded firmly, tidy and no excess glue.
7). The folding unit is manually, improving work efficiency and making better creasing.
